Processing Time
Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the date of purchase. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Free Standard Shipping on orders over $75.00 within the U.S.

International Shipping

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to reflect.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

ALTézza Elegance is not liable for any packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting your local carrier for more information.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We’ll happily arrange a replacement or refund based on the situation.

Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Once orders are processed, they cannot be changed or canceled.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses
We deliver to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses with standard shipping options. However, delivery times may vary.
